    Parcels are sent as large letters with Australia Post, whilst this is a great option to keep costs low, delivery times within Australia can vary greatly with this option. NOTE: Small orders only - some products do not qualify for this method. It will only show up if the items ordered are eligible. 

    2. STANDARD TRACKED POSTAGE $8.70

    3-8 Business Days after postage has occurred. Parcels are posted out on the next business day after an order is made. Very rural areas can be a day or two longer than the timeframe outlined.

    3. EXPRESS TRACKED POST 
    1-4 Business Days $10.80 after postage has occurred (This is not an overnight service to all postcodes). Very rural areas can be a day or two longer than the timeframe outlined.

On rare occasions a fee to release the parcel may be issued, unfortunately we have no control over this and it is not across all countries and deliveries so it is impossible to predict. Mostly our international parcels go through without additional cost, but it is important we highlight this issue. Sister & Soul will not cover any customs or additional charges charged by the recipients country, this cost will need to be covered by the recipient.
